Liver Cancer and Liver Transplantation Translational Innovation Research Team

Leveraging the disciplinary strengths of Beijing You An Hospital and Beijing Institute of Hepatology, combined with    the specialized expertise of our team members, we have established an interdisciplinary and integrated team    dedicated to addressing critical scientific questions that require urgent solutions in clinical practice. Our    primary goals are to improve the early diagnosis of liver cancer and reduce its recurrence and metastasis. We    conduct in-depth investigations into the network regulatory mechanisms underlying liver cancer initiation and    progression, and explore the impact of the tumor microenvironment on disease progression and prognosis. Focusing on    the key role of immunometabolism in liver cancer immunotherapy, we aim to develop novel therapeutic strategies. We    also carry out intensive research on immune homeostasis following liver transplantation, striving to enhance    transplant success rates and improve patients' long-term survival. Furthermore, by constructing a liver cancer    organoid biobank, we promote technological applications within the field and accelerate the translation of    fundamental research findings into clinical diagnosis and treatment.
