This platform aims to establish an integrated research model encompassing single-cell culture, functional identification, and subsequent output. It provides critical tools for studying antibody technologies for diagnosing and treating infectious diseases, the transformation mechanisms and processes of hepatitis–hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and the efficacy evaluation of personalized clinical therapies. By leveraging clinical resources and antibodies produced, the platform facilitates the identification of molecular marker panels for various infectious diseases, liver diseases, and HCC, pinpointing markers with significant value for early clinical diagnosis, definitive diagnosis, and recurrence assessment. In collaboration with enterprises, the platform seeks to develop and validate more sensitive diagnostic and detection technologies, ultimately producing standardized diagnostic reagents and promoting their practical application in clinical settings.
The platform is equipped with the Beacon single-cell photoconductive system, a digital cell biology platform that enables precise, non-invasive manipulation of single cells. One of its most compelling features is visualized biology, making it a key tool for advancing translational medicine in the future. Additionally, the Erenna ultra-sensitive single-molecule detection platform allows for single-molecule level analysis of complex samples such as bodily fluids and supports the independent development of diagnostic kits.
